As the student population of Belfast City Centre rises, the imminent need for quality spaces for students to live and enjoy their university experience holistically becomes more apparent. As architects, creatieng spaces that feel communal and encourage social interaction is crucial for students and young professionals who come to the UK searching for an independent and explorative lifestyle.

This design proposal aims to provide high-quality housing opportunities for students who seek a socially driven environment. The general layout of flats allows for 4 people to share the same kitchen and living spaces while maintaining a degree of privacy with ensuite bathrooms. Moreover, the building's typology includes generous community areas where social interaction in larger groups can take place as well as study rooms, outdoor gyms, and rooftop gardens.
